and warning message?

If you do not see an image you will receive a warning message requesting permission to install an Active X plugin. Click "yes" or "ok" to accept installation of the plugin.

NOTE TO IE USERS:
Some versions of Internet Explorer will ask if you saw the yellow bar at the top of the browser.
Click on the yellow bar to accept Active X installation.

and no warning message?

If you do not see an image and do not receive a warning message in Internet Explorer, click on "Tools" in the file menu and choose "Internet Options". Click on the "Security" tab and click the "Custom Level" button. Under the catagory: "ActiveX controls and plug-ins - Download signed ActiveX controls" Choose the "prompt" radio button. Click ok and return to the web page.

ONCE THE PLUG-IN IS INSTALLED you give your web browser permission to display the image. You will not be prompted the next time you visit the page. If you require further assistance please call the Computer Services Help Desk at 215-204-8000.
